CFX crash help needed

Before I go to far I have built many sabers, this is my first build using a CFX or crystal focus 10. The chip works amazing except the nebula sound font. What happens is when I select this profile everything works normal all sounds are working. Once I hit my aux button and hold it to activate foc, it would work for about 1-2 seconds then everything goes silent or off. The only way to have the saber resume working is to insert and remove a kill key or charger. I essentially have to cut power and reboot the chip. I have tried re installing the sound font. With no success, I even copied it from my cf7 original sd card, with again no success. The battery is fully charged tested with multimeter. I really do enjoy this sound font, anyone have any recommendations?
