MHS V1 Teir 2 RGB Electronics Kit

After making stunt sabers, I recently got adventurous and started trying to work with sound. I ordered parts for two (2) sabers. I ordered the MHS V1 Teir 2 RGB Electronics Kit with the Nano Biscotte V4 assembly for sound. I installed the cards into the MHS V1 hilt parts. On one of the hilts, when spinning the saber the clash will trigger. The other does not do this and the font files are configured the same on each saber. Would I use the hclash to adjust the sensitivity down? Is there another issue I should be looking for?
