Question on hilts with ID of 1.15"

Hey all,
I want to build a Luke ROTJ hilt, but the extension/choke combo or ribbed extensions have an ID of 1.15". The only board/battery holders or the chassis discs are for 1.25" ID's on the TCSS parts site list.
What else are my options? Can't trim anything down because of the disc 4-40 holes, battery hole and board are right at the edge or even the board/battery holder. I won't have the required 5" needed.
Any options or help will be appreciated. Thanks!

There are disks for 1.15” sections though you’ll basically only be able to use those for the battery.
