Any benefit of the waterproofing versions of the WS28xx strips?

I was wondering if anyone has found a benefit or downside of the IP30 v. IP65 v. IP67 versions of the strips? For example, is the IP67 impossible to slide into a foam sleeve or that the IP30's can rattle about and slide inside the blade.

There is no benefit, and the coating will yellow over time.
