Hi guys,
I am starting my first build on my Graflex 2.0 and I am looking for this kind of 'string blade' that scrolls up and down when it is powered up and down.
Does anyone know where I can get one of there besides the ones from Parks Saber?

Most people who choose to use string blades in their sabers will build their own from individual LEDs. I don't know of too many people that build them to sell.
Google "arduino lightsaber" third one down has circuito diagram for segmented led blades.
Professor Zorn has a teensy build.
This forum is strictly for TCSS parts and builds. Fx-sabers is the place to ask questions like this. (I have not purchased any TCSS parts because Canada).
Also you will not get any help before you read every page on the 100+ message threads. Expect about 3-6 months of reading ahead of you.
