Which acrylic chassis discs for graflex shop/vintage graflex bld? 35.3mm dia avail?

A graflex shop v2 deluxe 1" blade holder as seen in the following link has a diameter of 35.3mm.

The MSH acrylic discs that are battery holders, sound board holders, etc that I see being used in graflex builds have roughly 31.3mm

How does one make the modular chassis using those acrylic discs without it resulting in bent 40-4 rods as a result of the acrylic discs being shorter in diameter and the 3 holes closer together compared to the blade holder diameter/3 hole locations?

Are the MSH acrylic discs listed under Graflex section like the one below larger in diameter like around 35.3mm rather than 31.3mm?
