Prizm v4 crystal chamber wiring issue!

Hello All,

I seem to have a problem with my crystal chamber light not coming on. I also have a rumble motor attached through a power extender. Could it be pulling too much power? Any suggestions or corrections on getting it to work?

Is that definitely a common cathode LED? What does your multimeter tell you?
