Simple way to remove internals of Hasbro 2010 ANH removable blade?

I'm looking to swap the internals of my 2010 Hasbro Luke ANH removable blade and I've disassembled the clamp switch, removed the battery holder and removed the glass eye/brass contacts/flathead screw above glass eye, but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get the main soundboard chassis/internals OUT.

The inside tabs of the grips prevent it from sliding out the bottom and the blade holder (which looks to be permanently glued in or something) is blocking it from coming out the top.

Any ideas? Thx in advance.
