Since Tim - the last time I checked - is phasing out the El wire items, I'm not sure if this question is allowed or not due to the general rule of not asking about alternate sellers, but I'll accept the heat if it's not: Does anyone know where to buy the 4 Khz Inverter sold in the shop elsewhere or if they are going to be brought back into stock?
Why not upgrade to LED?
It might be for a different EL project.

I have not actually seen 4kHz EL inverters where I've shopped. Not in a small package that will fit in a saber. Most of those are only 2kHz, if it even gives the specs, so I don't know where Tim got those.
2kHz or 4kHz, i don't know which they are, but i do know a place to get them... unfortunately, while it's still in the store here i can't link to them. (and i don't actually know which ones will fit in a saber AND run on the same power supply...
I had them designed. As far as I know the place I get them from does not retail them so I will need to contact them and either get more or ask them to retail them.
