Contact for possibly bad prizm board?

Who can I speak to about a possibly bad board? I ordered 3 prizms, wired up one of them in a kylo conversion. Installed the battery and the 2nd channel leds(side emitters) turned on as I heard a boot sound. Switches did not respond at all. Pulled the battery, took all the wiring off, soldered up one of my other two exactly the same way as the first, installed battery and perfection! Heard the boot up, activation button fired it up, aux switch triggered blasters, lockup, and force.
