I just purchased a 2004 Master Replicas Luke lightsaber from Empire Strikes Back. I'd like to convert it but I do not see any tutorials on how to take the hilt apart and I know there are no produced blade holders. Has anyone done this conversion before that knows how to disassemble the lightsaber? Do you know of any workable blade holders as well? Any help is appreciated.

That page links to a kit which includes a blade holder.
The darth maul kit gets used for this conversion. Youll need to remove all the screws around the emitter section and your gonna need to drill out the rivets to remove the electronics also remove the bunny ears or you could just cut the blade off if you don't want to remove the bunny ears.
