Advice for Nano Biscotte build

Hi everyone, I'm doing my first saber with sound and I want to double check I'm getting the right pieces, and wanted to ask some questions about the NB wiring harness setup with quick connects.

Firstly, I want to do build using the Nano Biscotte V4 (https://www.thecustomsabershop.com/N...e-V4-P806.aspx) and use the separate wiring harness (https://www.thecustomsabershop.com/N...ess-P1144.aspx), and solder the harness to board.
My question is; do the positions of the wires and pins on the harness exactly match up to the pads on the NB? aka, do I need to fiddle around with the arrangement of what MWS plugs go where, or is it as simple as just connecting the harness to the NB, and plug everything in as it says on the harness description?

Secondly, I wish to use a cree star LED, but there are two listed on TCSS. Should I use this LED, which is the normal one (https://www.thecustomsabershop.com/B...ule-P1409.aspx) or should I use this one, which is for the pre-wires NBv4 (https://www.thecustomsabershop.com/B...bly-P1457.aspx)

And lastly, since both LED's have resistors built in, do I need to worry about having any others on the wiring?
