Problem with creating custom font

I'm using a nano biscotte v3 and wanted to create a cusotm sound font. I created sound files in audacity making sure they were mono and wav, I formatted the sd card then pasted all banks onto the sd card at once. However, the new custom sound font does not play, I can hear the font switch, but then nothing plays and the blade does not turn on. I'm not sure what I am doing wrong because I have installed sound fonts before without problems and the new sound files work in 'sabersoundmixer' by plecter.

You may need to save the sound file without metadata. It's been forever since I've done sound tweaking, so I'm not entirely sure how to do that in Audacity.

Also, be sure you're performing a FULL format on your SD card before you copy the sound files over. Quick format won't work.
