I managed to damage the voltage regulator (came off the board) and am hoping to resolder a new one on. The chip is labeled 15P NH. Any chance someone can share the specs on this?

I found the part I needed. It is a mosfet to prevent reverse polarity: part number DMP1045UQ-7
