K4 Saber Kit - Blade Holder and Choke only?

I would like my next saber build to be a rough approximation of Luke's ROTJ saber, but don't want everything in the K4 Saber Kit. It doesn't look like any of those components are available separately, but I wanted to check to see if maybe I am missing them somewhere?

The kits aren't MHS, they are meant for building the replicas.
