NBV3 problem

I recently completed building my own lightsaber from scratch with a new Nano Biscotte V3 in it. It worked great until I tried to put my own sounds on it. They are all in 22k sample rate and 16 bit. I have tried several different ways of copying the files to the sd card, including using terminal (command prompt for Mac). Nothing is working though. I'm starting to think that the software I just not compatible with Mac computers. Can someone help?

Also I did format the card before I tried to copy the files every time. It is in FAT-32 and the configuration file is there and complete.
