PC GENERAL WIRING AWG Best Practice?

So Far I am using B2 connectors to bench test my saber as I build it. Does everybody use 18AWG throughout the board wiring? I have found 26AWG B2 RC (silicone) jst's useful for speakers and such for trying out different combinations. I'm just wondering what people find to be the most practical guage for assembly.

I'm starting to get the impression 22 AWG would be the most practical regarding general hookup wiring/pcb track/hole sizes and 18AWG to Leds.

I am discovering the arts of cramFu, and I can see how 18-20awg will create some challenges very soon ;)

26 or 28 for me.

I've sourced 22awg silicone b2 jst's :) Nice and flexible cable,

I can't see any issues with using silicone rc cable in a saber :)

Erv of Plecterlabs suggests using 28awg wire for his boards. I use 26awg for most connections and 24awg for battery and led connections. The JST connectors sold here work well with those gauges. If you go up to 18-20awg you might have issues with the wire being too large for the solder pads.

After reviewing my build, and subsequent overkill; I'm onboard with those recommendations.
(Braiding the 18awg for solder removal and recycling haha)

I'll stick to 24awg and 26 for all the hookups. :)
