Hi! Diameter, 100% ;)
other than how big around they are they are exactly the same. most people use the 12 millimeter as an aux switch. but it is really all about personal preference I personally use the 12 millimeter as my main switch because it is smaller and I didn't have long part to put it in.
I thought that might be the case. A pity there are no 12mm boxes available. Thanks for your help!
Well you could always order the switch hole service on the blank style boxes:

That is an interesting idea Starwinder! Thanks!
I would recommend watching the YouTube channel for TCSS as there is a special clip on switches. Some interesting tips in it as well. Sorry at work so can't post the actual link.
Edit: Might be under his own channel Rob Petkau.
Thanks Ronin!
Still had it open on my home PC:

Thanks Ronin!
In that switch video, it appears that Rob is using a 16mm short AV switch with a bezel, but in the store, it says that 16mm short switches aren't long enough to be used with a bezel. Is the store wrong or was that a 16mm long switch in the video?
It's an outdated description in the store. The short NON-illuminated AV switches don't fit with the bezel. The illuminated ones will.
Figured that was probably the case, just had to make sure. Thank ye.
