Credit where it`s due

Just thought I´d give som credit to Tim´s outstanding customer service.

I got a gift certificate for my birthday earlyer this year, and when I finaly got around to use it, it didn´t work. So I sendt Tim a mail, and less then 30 minutes later I had a reply asking for the giftcertificate number. I replied and went to bed. Then wen I woke up the mail fiksing my problem had allredy been sitting in my mailbox for 2 hours.
