Try here http://padawansguide.com/shaak.shtml, she has afew pics of Shaak on here, and i'm sure if you ask nicely, she'll give you a hand getting in contact with some that have already got their Shaak-on!
www.Rebellegion.com may be of help pics wise, or PM jedi Loreen on here, she's good with costumes. She may know a good source.

go to... http://www.thetidewateralliance.net/ and talk to Shaak-Ti (Chris). She is working on a shaak-ti costume. I think all she needs is the headpiece. She has finished all the leather work.
