Of course I remember! The crystal chamber was the piece of my saber that was the most difficult for me as well. After several trials and errors, I ditched the chamber entirely. It was such a learning experience though, that once I save up enough money, I'm going to put together my second saber this summer (fingers crossed). I'm flattered that you would have found any inspiration at all out of what I put together. I would like to see pics of yours if you've got them.
