I noticed that on your first saber, you have an O-ring between the blade holder and the choke.

I have tried this and still want it to work, but when I put an O-ring between these sections, the heat sink with all of the optics is loose inside the hilt. I can't just put an equally thick O-ring inside the blade holder to balance this because the heat sink might get hot and melt it. I am guessing you put the O-ring on the choke thread section, right? How do you make up for this space behind the blade holder?
