Biography:

Hello,
My name is Coleman Cox and I live in Oklahoma where football is king. I am the black sheep of the family and love all things sci-fi and fantasy adventure...you know the nerdy stuff. That's what drives me. I run federal grants to help reduce the opioid ovderdose and addiction problems in my state. I have a website called thinksmartoklahoma.org.

I fell in love with Star Wars at the ripe old age of 7. The original films are my favorite and ESB is at the top for me. I'm a generally easy going "nice" guy.

I got into the saber building world a few years ago by making "microsabers" out of pen parts and opened up a shop on etsy. They were fun but the draw to make lifesize sabers pulled closer so I started tinkering. I discovered forums and Facebook groups of all kinds with kindred spirits a plenty. I look forward to conversing with the everyone here and learning from the collective wisdom to take my art to the next level. Just finished my first "real" saber using MHS parts.
