hey AH- sorry to hear about you wife... I suggest trolling the local craigslist.org for your area... also some of the graphic sites.. I hang at www.flashkit.com/board and while its mostly about Flash there IS a freelance section she can check form time to time to get some design work. or hone her skills in the area and design areas..or just look at others work. http://board.flashkit.com/board/forumdisplay.php?f=73 is the design area.. but there is TONS of stuff to learn/read there.. 3D, sound, video..whatever might help her get a new job if she has some other ammo under her belt. good luck
