For the electronics, for now I've gutted an fx saber and replaced the 4.5clv aa cells with an 18650 and changed the original blue LED for a 3w CREELED in green. I will post pictures with updates but so far all ive got made ...
i have so far made 2 lightsabers. my personal one, a dark matter red blade with a black and red hilt. and a curved blade katana saber, yellow blade, with a black hilt and white paracord wrap. both have been amazing to do, especially the katana. i loved pushing the limits of the polycarbonate, PVC, and my skills in making lightsabers. this is only the beginning and im hoping to make even cooler sabers in the future.
So, I'm hoping I can get some help here, but since no one has seen my first blog post (or at least commented on it) I may have to post this into the Forums... Anyway I am including a link to the Mace Windu board I am using in this saber. It has a tactile switch spot on the board and I can't figure out how to wire this switch to a momentary switch. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks! ...
