I have never named a saber, i don't see myself doing it anytime soon but I'm tired of titling posts "my latest". :P
So anyway here is my latest lol.
I used mainly MHS on this one. It's been too cold in the garage (-10 to mid 20's) to stand over the lathe.
But i did customize the BH and the choke a tad.
I also used appliance enamel for the color and put it on the lathe to get some of the aluminum back.
Cut and put a brush finish for the brass overlay.
P4 White.
Reverse sound.
7.4 Li ion pack.
Ultrasound 2.0. (Yeah i was moving and missed out on the upgrade.)

I like. It says P4 white but its blue. o.o I hope to do fancier sabers one day. XD I'm going to do another basic MHS here in a month, its gonna have the Mace-ish blade holder, 7 inch flutted hilt, pommel style 4 i believe, and 2 inch extension with the female adapter. Can't wait. On the extension also, it will have textured leather glued onto it. Anyway, awesome design over all. For the pommel I woulda painted the innard sections black.

Great looking saber! I really like the brass shroud. Might have to stea....er...borrow that cut pattern:D Can't tell, but is the control box lit from inside? The knurling is really cool too. Have to get me that particular knurling tool as I only have the diamond pattern one. The only thing I don't like is the box. Its too big for me and I never really liked exposed tactile switches.

very nice job, I really like the color scheme...
I wouldn't of used the clamp box... but the overlay makes up for it!

That's a really "NASTY" saber, how about "MANNGA" for a name, it translates from Greek as "TOUGH GUY".;);););););)

Ooooh. Nice! I like the way you executed the color scheme- black with silver highlights instead of the traditional silver with black highlights. The reversal of the standard silver-on-black really lends a menacing feel to the saber.

Slightly off-topic - something about that shroud overlay screams "Iron Man" at me (the recent movie version). Iron Man themed saber, anyone?
