I think I'm in a similar boat although I just looked and I've ordered 7 times so far this year -- at least 2 of those were Manly orders and the rest were probably more like Rhyens. What the heck?!!?
The scary thing is that this last order almost turned into another Manly order!

I hate to say this, but the prices in the TCSS store actually don't bother me as much as the accumulated shipping costs... go figure...:roll:

Well Three now. I had to purchase in stages. I got the body choke blade holder and pommel with order #1, the switch on #2 (it was out of stock) and now the LED, resistor, power supply, and culminator on #3. I have to put away to get a sound board, they are spendy for a decent one.

I went with the 7" fluted guarded switch main body the hourglass choke and triple flanged head piece and 45 degree tapered pommel. I selected the White P4 LED. I will post a pic as soon as I get it all assembled. I have come up with a idea I plan on trying. Black RTV gasket material dries solid and I plan to fill in the flutes with it ot create a slip resistance that will not will not increase the finished diameter. I have been considering having the blade holder anodized. Not sure on what color just yet. If I go that direction I will post details at that point.

Paint them myself, i have the second, third and forth mostly done (all painting done). First one i haven't touch yet, last one didn't really think much about it (still not sure what to do with it).

Electronics are all SeoulP4 (those things are BRIGHT!), except for the second one which is a LUX III. No sound yet, i have a 2010 hasbro board that i need to figure out when i have time and then decide in which one it goes into!

On the rendering that i did quickly yes but not on the actual sabers... Beleive it or not.. i had to add the buttons for the last 2 at the last second since i forgot about them and just put them there :D

I'll post some real pics when ever i get everything done.

For the forth one, i'm actually missing that extension where the button goes. I still don't know what to do so the button doesn't bother me or look out of place. Someone mentioned putting the button on the pommel, but it makes me wonder if it will interfere with the speaker...

I'm also looking into what i need to polish the aluminum to the polish look they have in the movies. My local tool stores don't have anything ready out of the box *sigh* I should have brought back a stationary polish wheel back from NY... :D

My wife hates tools, she hates lightsabers, she hates cars...good thing I have only spent 40+ grand on tools and saber supplies ;) The one thing she loves is me, so I guess it is all good. Like I said, never let her see the saber bills :D
