Im using the inners of an MR vader hilt to go inside my custom made hilt, i have all circuit boards out and operational connected to my modified switch and my amber LED the only problem im going to have is mounting the circuit boards so they do not rattle around and break or get damaged, any ideas? (PS- my VADER components are destroyed i have a little dark side in me and used my anger to get things out.)

There's a topic that would help you SO much on the first page of this forum. (Hint it has bash in it's name which may be what you are doing to your sabers[:p][B)])

There was also a recent topic on securing your electronics in the misc topics that might be interesting but the one here would probably negate the need for reading that.

They are working fine for me... are you at school? Your school is probably blocking pictures hosted at imageshack.

I found my own way to do it because the parts bash post wasnt that helpful, I used duct tape, hot glue and sheet metal to make a sleeve for everything like the one in the vader, and it works mint, but I couldnt have done it without tims MR vader conversion tutorial THANKS!
