The planet is kind of lame. The name isn't bad... my name always comes out pretty well on these. I think the "standard" version uses mother's maiden name though.

Perhaps I am biased.. but I like the system my Wife came up with...

FIRST NAME: 3 letters of first name in succession, 2 letters of last name in succession

LAST NAME: 2 letters of mother maiden in succession, 3 letters of birth city in succession

Thus with that formula I came up with a few and chose this:
