What do you mean by button fr covertech clip? And other than that it looks good. What color are you using? And I would recommend going with the 10 degree lens for your saber because the 5 degree lens does not fit in the lens holder Tim provides.

I can't remember why is the 6-32 in there, but I had some reason to put it in there.
Otherwise ok?

The 10 degree optic fits fine with just a little bit shaved off the top side of the lens. I just used a knife and carved/scraped a little off on both sides right along the edge where the lens holder clips.
edit: oops I meant to say 5 degree. The 5 degree won't fit as is but shave a little plastic off and it fits fine.

Yep. That's why I told him to go with the 10 degree instead of 5.

Oh ok. No worries. I tried filing mine, but to no avail.

Don't worry about the lens holder/lens issue. Once you screw the blade holder down over the assembly everything will come together tight anyway. I just stick my finger down the blade holder and press against the lens holder to make sure it's flat on the lens while I twist the blade holder.

Yep if you file around the underside lip where it binds with the holder & take a tiny bit off the top where the clips lock down it is ok. & J Lo it's Dude:)

Of course I know that, I was being silly. I'm even a Spelling and Grammar Nazi to myself. Can't you tell a deliberate typo from an accidental one? Or one where someone really doesn't know how to spell something properly? :p
And, don't start a sentence with a symbol, type out the word. ;)

No actually. I Don't know how I would tell a deliberate tipo from an accidental one.:)

Lol, I filled down my holders for five degree's but they won't stay. My advice to you is super glue them in.

NO!!
DO NOT USE SUPER GLUE.
You will end up fogging up part of the lens that way.
I know that because I tried that once when my lens holder cracked.
A couple small dabs of epoxy would probably work.

 For my saber I used superglue adhesive gel to attach the lens permanently to the star skipping the holder....
Worked for me but i suppose i just got lucky :-?

You might get lucky with the gel, but definitely not with the liquid.
I wouldn't take the chance.
