I built this saber from some metal electrical conduit. I tapped it and was worried about it stripping out, the pipe only held like 3 threads or so. So I did a fail test on by simply tightening down the set screw with an old section of poly-c in it. Well, it held and the set screw went straight through the poly!!!

Anyway, here's the specs:
RGB led (same led as my pvc rgb)powered by 3AAA's, 4 way switch (set to red-orange-green), 36in poly blade (from TCSS of course) The I widened the hole in the pommel for a blinky from a croc shoe. The pommel itself is an expansion stopper and a knob from Sears hardware. And painted with truck bed liner paint.

Thanks, it's only about 13" or so long and except for the switch position it's a killer stunt. I've since rebuilt the hilt with the switch closer to the pommel.

I've got an order for a spear version. It's gonna be hefty!
