I bought this saber as a stunt, luxed it up and Crystal Chamberized it with my fave color LEDs (have not used them for a while). Now it is a cool little hilt, not perfect but nice.

The Particulars:

MR Obi Board
BIN 1 Cyan Lux III
Aqua 5mm HO accent in Acrylic Crystal
TCSS switch in CT wheel
3.7V Li-ion Custom Pack
Recharge/Kill port in pommel
Acerocket Custom Optics Module
0.78" HO speaker
400 zip ties...just kidding...or am I?

Hey LDM really like this saber it very alternative from the tcss stuff and the SW replicas you do.

Question! 3.7v Li Ion. Does this pack consist of two trustfires (it looks like it does)? If so, how do you wire it with a MR board as my understanding is that they only take 6v max????

Please give me some insight as using a 4aaa combo gives me space issues for smaller sabers especially combined with the MR boards.

And I only just noticed your use of the covertec wheel and switch. Legend.

He did not build this hilt himself, someone else did.

He took it and worked his magic on it to make it better (than it could have ever hoped to be on it's own :p)

I wish that I knew as much about building these Lightsabers as you do, but it's taking me too long to take in all the fantastic knowledge on these boards ;).

ROTFLMAO!!!! OMG... WIN! TOTAL WIN!

nice saber its a very interesting and unique design LDM. im curious about your battery packs to... i dont think there trustfirs though invisias... the only way you can make a pack out of trust fires is to wire them in parrallel and that would give you 3.7 volts and 1800mah... 3.7 volts isnt enough to power a MR board i dont think. you need about 4.5 to 6max..

so LDM im curious to.

if you guys read what LDM posted you will see that he did not make the actual hilt. i believe that it came from someone on ebay. but i definately like the custom electronics you did LDM. that is my favorite color of blue led, and you totally rocked it, nice :cool:

It's called sarcasm. It's really easy to spot. Like when someone asks a question where the answer is all to obvious (i.e. What's a Blade Holder for?).:rolleyes:

Lol, you do remember how many sabers I build? I have to use a few MR boards or I would need to sell a lot of $@&3r$ to afford that many US boards.;)

Hey I was wondering what precisely are the antenna bits on the shroud? Were they made for it you think? Whats Holding them on? I would like to do something similar for my saber.

Don't know what they are. They are held on by epoxy.
