I am trying to figure out the method used to make nice curved cuts in MHS sleeve tubes. I see a bunch of you guys have nice curves in your overlays, but I cant seem to get them.
I did a search for this, but if I missed the thread please shoot me a link. Thanks

Most use Dremel type rotary tools [and a lot of skill and patience] to make those fancy overlays.

A dremel.
Cutting bits,
Sanding bits,
engraving bits,
grinding bits...
You will spend a lot of money on bits...;)
Then clean it all up with 220 grit sand paper

I use the Dremel Diamond cutting wheel.

It cuts metal very well. Then I finish the lines with sanding drums like described above.
The diamond wheel ins't cheep, but it works great, better than the fiber cutting wheels, imo.
