Can anyone give me some advice on putting some guts into my empty hilt?

100% Brass
1.5" sink tube
blade area 2"x 1.5"diameter with a 1.25" clearance at connection point to a 6" x 1.5"
entire hilt is 11.5"
decorated with brass painted pvc, brass wire and rod details

I wanna do this right but could upgrade the buttons, LEDs and charge port later.

Blade
Purple/a lil more red then blue
I love the core look with the blade and a flare at the base.
Plus I wanna battle with it so I want it all to be nice and solid
matching accent LEDs else where or red and blue even.

Sound
I'm interested in ultrasound but I'm open to most cost effective solution as long as I can get
good dimming light and sound on start up and shut down
shimmering/humming variation
clashing sound and light
swinging
and accent LED operation

Will the below list give me what I'm looking for? HELP!!!

- Build Your Own Seoul P4 Electronics Kit
- Seoul p4 white
- 4aa battery holder......................................upgrad e to charger port later
- 10 degree lense
- 3.3 ohm 5 watt resister
- SPST MOM switch black button............................upgrade later to gold
- Luxeon III/V Lens Holder
- Corbin Battle blade,30-34"
- Double wrap film?
-bullet shaped tip fro thick walled blades
-Mirrored adhesive disc for Stip1thick
- 12 color discs...Lavender/purple
- Ultrasound 2.5
- Premium speaker

<<BLADEHOLDER?>> heat sink and retention screw>> 1.25" Sink tube LED/Blade holder ... with an extra layer of tube wrapped maybe? I think It could make for
a good looking emitter.

I could build a chassis easily I believe but any suggestions are welcome.

Edit...2nd pic is as it is now and I added a 3rd as a potential design solution...still a few things to work out but I'm sure you get the picture.

Oh yeah...work in progress I edited and enhanced in photoshop. Took a few short cuts so its a rough representation. I originally had a two tone paint job but I wanna change it to all brass.

Whoah...
I like the color wheel.

If my screen is displaying the color right and I can imagine the light passing through the filter. I'd want 798 chrysalis pink. Looks like Fender bender's purple...

Thx for pointing me towards this....maybe I should order a few and see what one works best.
