Here is a saber that I have had on paper for a long time, I just finished up it up today The saber is 10.25 inches long and has a black industrial epoxy paint with polished aluminum. It has a ultra sound board 2.0 with a 7.2 volt lithium ion battery pack and a Lux V white led. The blade is a new design also the EX blade uses a white translucent filter on the outer layer
with a second layer of blade film to make the blade lighting even.

how does the lux 5 white compare to a P4?

That saber looks sick Do-Clo. I really like how you painted it. I might do a saber from you in a few months whenever I can get the money! :)

What exactly is the "EX" blade sytem? Is it something you developed?

I really like the simplicity of the saber, white was definetely the best color for it!:cool:

This is close to my favorite hilt you've done, Do-Clo!
I also see a nice Cyan or Amber coming from that emitter... ;)

I really think it looks more like an Amber or Red saber, but hey, that white is also sick looking

so you think the Vs are brighter than the P4s when driven at full? id like to see a white V driven at 1500. thats the max overdrive for V. i beat you could get away with that in a P4 as well :P..

1500ma would actually probably fry a Lux V. They only need 700ma. 1000ma is pushing it.
