Yeah, My first custom hilt came from Rob (rlsasaber) purchased in 2000. Nice guy and he was willing to work with me on several custom orders (three double-bladed, and three G-Style). His work has really evolved from basic pieces to true works of art. I'm not to keen on the battle damaged pieces though, but that's my own personal taste.

Something to note, many of his hilts can NOT accommodate EL or LED parts. Especially the ones stated as "cannot be taken apart" or his "Stunt" hilts. The G-Style hilts - as the name implies - are the most like Graflex, Heiland, and sink tube based lightsaber hilts. They are best for "working" lightsabers.

They are a lot more expensive than what you can get from CSS and custome orders take time. From personal experience (2003) it took almost three weeks when I ordered two custome G-Style, Double-bladed, powder coated hilts. But he sent me lots of pictures of the work in progress.

Cost me $300, Ouch! AND that's just for the Hilts! For probably a third the price, you can accomplish the same thing buying some parts from Tim, then visiting your local hardware store and building it yourself.

Lightsaber Warning Label: "CAUTION: Do NOT attempt to sharpen blade."
