Here is a new saber that I just finsihed, it has a lux 3 green led with a Obi-Wan MF Fx sound board.
1 inch diameter 36 inch long blade, the red and green inserts on the control box are crystals

The neck is always going to be fat when you have a 1 inch diameter blade no way around it
