Luke ESB Metal BH & Seoul P4/Lux III RB Comparison

The Conversion on the stand has a custom Copper heatsink/custom Optics module and Alumium BH and a Seoul P4. I also made a Jango-style Ultraedge for it as well. The saber on the mat is running a Lux III BIN 6 Royal blue (aluminum heatsink/custom Optics module). The difference in the 2 LEDs is NOT visible to the naked eye and I thought everyone would like to see a comparison of the 2 LEDs. The ESB sent to me was in good condition. I ended up with some slightly "chipped" red buttons, so I pulled out the trusty hammered copper Rustoleum and repainted them. IMO they are MUCH better looking now than they were. The switch was also VERY loose because one of the little tabs that worked the switch was partially broken. I fixed that with my mighty putty and have tested & re-tested it and it works perfectly. That is all...move along, nothing to see here. ;D

What is the significance of this conversion? I mean what was originally that made your conversion so special?:wink:

I know you don't post all your sabers, and this one looks real nice:cool:, but could you explain the background a little more? so we all can appreciate it even moreso

There is no conversion kit made for this saber. ;)I make them from scratch, from aluminum and copper...very complicated, heavy modification needed, which is why anyone who ever wants one asks me to do it for them;)...makes duelable ESB from creaky crappy ESB:idea:
