Thanks, it means alot

I was going for simple.Later this week ill have a duplicate build except for it will have a green k2.It was fun trying to keep the dust of the cellophane though

next will be MHS build with vandal, accent led, and crystal chamber.

It's a good start to cut your teeth on. It feels good when you fire it up for the first time, doesn't it?

One suggestion, though. I think you need something else in your blade, in addition to the 5' of cellophane. Your blade looks kind of see-through. Try a double wrap of Corbin film, or the TCSS diffuser, and put your cellophane inside of that. I guarantee that it will look better.

Also, you need to add some grip material of some kind to dress it up a bit.

yeah, its a bit see through, gonna fix it tonight. i built these for co-workers, so they could design there own grips. a few of my co-workers belong to a medievil clan. they have all kinds of leather for grips.

aww, man i've seen some amazing medieval nerds sword/saber designs, theyre pretty awesome, i could imagine your co-workers putting custom pommels and hand guards from real swords on this!

Is that one of Jay-Gon's sabers?

Nice looking saber, draftnbyu... I agree with Obi-dar... needs some grips of some kind. I would stay with something simple... like a leather wrap.

Again... great job!

I agree with everything else that has been said, looks good especially for a first saber, but does need a grip of some kind
