I am Done with my Mandalorian Saber!!!
It was a lot of work but it's done! Many thanks to all who have put up with my many questions. (I don't know your names on tcss forums)
Here is the run down:
Lux III Amber bin 6
Two 5mm white leds in chamber
1 magnifying lens from a led minlight.
1 amber lens cut from a light marker cut to fit in the crystal holder.
They both work to magnify the light.

1 amber crystal with the back of it defused (fake crystal but looks very nice)
1 brass thumb screw fastened to the heat sink
1 brass plumbing end cap.
quick connects on all leds.
One 5mm flashing red led in the pommel.
The chamber is vented to allow forward sound.
One of the leds for the crystal is wired to the red flashing led
so, the light slightly pulsates making it took as tho power is flowing through it.

The chamber was cut by a high speed rotary tool. (like a dremel). The edges are polished so that the edges are smooth yet still crisp.
~~~ Phew~~~ I wired it once. Then I undid it. No quick connects made it very hard to disconnect it to adjust or replace anything. I wired it again.
Had a short. I wired it again! Third times a charm!
Very, Very nice! The chrystal chamber is great!
I noticed that you've got some Black PC under your brass sinktube. Where did you get your sinktube and/or did you have to get time to machine the MHS section down.
The sink tube fit over the MHS parts perfectly.
Yep! It's a Foredom high speed rotary tool it goes a lot faster then a dremel. That way there is less friction and drag. You can get more accurate cuts that way. Thank you all for your kind words!
I definltely have to look into it...i want to eventually cut a custom batman / jedi symbol into my next overlay...unfortunately my cheapy Black and Decker rotary tool aint gonna cut it....hahaha. Thanks for the info and again..amazing work.
That is the biggest crystal chamber opening I have seen since the one with the completely exposed crystal. Amazing work.
impressive saber wonderful idea on the crystal chamber with the flashing/pulsing led if you have pics of the build for your "chamber" post them in my thread regarding crystal chambers
Thanks a lot! To get the pulsing in the chamber I just wired one of the two 5mm chamber leds to the flashing led in the pommel. That way is doesn't fully flash but dims the same time as the red led flashes. I didn't think it would work that way when I wired it up but thankfully it did. Adds a really neat effect. Now if I could get the blade to do that as well. Unfortunately build pictures were an after thought. I was so wrapped up in getting it done that after wards I felt like Homer Simpson. I had the camera right on the counter next to me too. I would have like to do that because I used some new ideas to make it easy to change the color of everything from the crystal to the color of the leds and the main led, if you wanted to. Maybe when I put in the new Sabersound 1.0 I will do a tear down and assembly to show how simple it is to change everything out.
