I'm going mad here not remembering!

it's about a guy who has lived his whole life in a bunker with his mom and dad.
then for some reason he decides to go out and see the world, and blabla.
i remember that, and the end where he has bought a house for his parents, and you can see his dad measuring for a new bunker xD

anyone?
