Hey everyone! :D
This is a saber that we took great joy in building. It is for a little boy named Ronnie. Like a lot of little kids Ronnie pronounces lightsaber, "life saver". we decided that we wanted to go for a prequel era feel, so we went with a 8" hilt in a clanish design and satin finish, with the lathed grooves in contrast. The red push button helps to finish the look of the age. We used a Hasbro "economy" board, and it is igniting a Seoul P4 blue through a thinwall 28" blade with 6ft of film. The accent LED below the button is a flasher that switches from red to blue on each flash. Very cool. We really liked doing this saber, cause we like making kids happy :D and we hope that Ronnie gets many years of enjoyment out of it.
