This one was built using two fluted extensions, a double male threaded connector, and blade holder style 18, pommel style 3v2, and an insert style 1. Sound and led driving is supplied by a Master Replicas Yoda FX soundboard, and it runs on 4-AA batteries. I used a guarded switch and a silver CT knob as well. The chrome pieces are from a 6" sink drain tailpiece extension, and were cut at 45deg. angles to give the saber a little flair. Sanded accent lines give the saber a little bit of detail. The blade is a thick-walled polyc from the store here, that I built myself.
