Hello Saberland!

Well, we are almost complete with the NJ Jedi commission for their custom designs and present one of the last sabers as a variant on the original "White Raven" Moon saber design. The designer hath named it "Eos" or "Dawn" saber. It is similar in design to the White Raven moon sabers but varies in the lower grip section with a sun motif (done in brass) and the leather in cutouts on either end. The emitter shroud also varies as the "spear" like tips are longer and sharper and accented also with brass. The emitter also sports two quillions or guards powdercoated in trans gold. The mid-grip section retains the Corbin tecnique of shrink wrap over o-rings to get that uber comfy grip.

We originally had installed a Tri-Rebel set up fully driven and were unhappy with the result (a Lux III amber blew it away ) so we took it all apart, added some more juice and ordered a 10w Amber LedEngin LED and WOW! What a difference! The color is a beautiful amber, it shows up a little more orange on film though  A custom 14.4v Li-Ion pack and in hilt recharge set up power it. This saber was fun to build and seeing them all together is a treat, a very nice family of clan sabers

The ability to cut that sun was given to me by the Gods and a special dremel bit called Unobtainius;)

That explains EVERYTHING! You don't have any skill, just magical tools!

J/K. Fender: making people jealous of his mad dremel-fu skillz since 2008.

very nice dremel fu. I will say that I have to hate you just a little bit now because my brother demands that I put one of those 10w ambers in his saber that is already scruntched for space...should be interesting.

Great work as always.
