That's actually an official prop, it was Mace Windu's Lightsaber in Episode 1. Caused quite a controversy, with loads of people thinking he was a Sith or traitor, when in actual fact it was just a minor, ill-considered prop which never actually got any screentime. In fact, I think it only featured in one publicity photo shoot.

Thats actually a clan saber of sorts... Lots of Jedi use the exact same design.
