Hypers Stuff

Like alot of us I was wondering when Hyperdyne was gonna release his stuff but now after seeing the prices he has set I don't think I'll be ordering. I was looking forward to building one with the mhs and his blade(after a little more testing)but it would cost $250 for the blade alone. I might pick up one of the sound mods and try to wire it in some way.

i did buy his vader voice system. very expensive lil begger too. but it definately is the closest thing i have ever heard to james earl jones's voice. and it does matter if you speak with a low tone. it makes it much better than the demo on the site. that guy was talkin with a higher pitched voice.

so a lower tone along with the pitch adjustments built in to board, i am able to make it sound very, very, very, darn close to JEJ's voice.

Yeah its too much for my blood. I don't wanna be a pessimist but I will partake in some serious dueling and frankly in the vids they're not really banging if you know what I mean.

If I strike the lottery then I'll order!

Guys, his stuff may be alright, may be crap. I trully can't say one way or the other so I will neither pound or praise it but I am going to have to shoot from the hip on one thing...
I can build 2 or 3 MHS complete sabers for that kind of money and quite honestly in my crazy house hold that could mean more of us trying to get one up on each other.
Again I am not going down the road with any of the other stuff, ya'll know by now if I'm happy, I'm stayin[;)]

well i dont plan on gettin any saber stuff from him, i just needed a good voice system, thats it. any sabers i will get off ebay or whatever, and buy parts to convert from tim.

Until reviews come out I'd stay away. It's expensive and still has the downsides of an MR.

Go under his electronics section of the normal site. I doubt you could afford it at just 14 though. It's like $500.

get a decent lil unit at wally world for 6 bucks. it works fairly well if you use a low tone in your voice set on monster. for a low budget it works well. i just wanted something better. and i figured i had the money at the time, so i got the best unit there is right now. i agree tho, its a lil expensive, by about 250 bucks or so. but it works extremely well for me.
