Here is the finised Justice saber, the saber is a long two handed design based on a Light tec saber. I updated the dersign and made the saber smoother. The saber has a Lux III amber bin 6 led with a Mr FX sound board. The blade is a 36 inch long 1 inch diameter thin wall Do-Clo blade.

very nice. I really like the activation box with accent leds. did you make that or find the part and modify it?

I used a black texture paint and baked in an oven.

It is very nice looking. I am not a fan of the activation boxes, although I am going to put one on my saber that is in the works (just seemed to fit the design). I like yours because it is pretty low and rounded out.. not so boxy. It looks like it would be much more comfortable to grip. I will have to look around the hardware store and see if I can find some odd part that has that basic shape.
