Hey y'all, here is one of the latest sabers I have been working on. It is a version of Quinlan Vos' saber. I am using a BCD pushbutton rotary switch to change the LED colors a LEDEngin RGB 10 W LED powered by a 1000mA buck puck and a Joe Jedi board for the sound. I am using 1 slide switch (latching) for switching between Jedi or sith sounds. I am uning another slide switch (DPDT latching) wired in parallel with the existing activation switch to turn the sound card on, I am also switching the buck puck on with this switch too. I did have some problems with the power down sound not working and was able to correct it by talking it through with a friend from here. (Thanks for the help Kal.) I ended up adding a 3.3 ohm resistor to the buck puck input at the DPDT switch and now it works fine. I also have a RGB blinky in the bottom of the pommel. Oh well, enough babble here are some pics and a episode of Redneck Sabervision. :D

The hilt is 13" long and the blade is 32" with 30" outside the hilt.
