How to cancel an order?

I have an order that says "packing list printed".

How can I cancel an order that has not yet been filled? :confused:

I have emailed the "contact us" link - is there another way?

Strange, my emails to Tim while in the "Packing List Printed" phase tend to be more along the lines of "Can I add this?"
