Here's my first copper saber- well actually my second but this was finished first.
It's got an amber lux III from TCSS powered by 4AAA's with a thick walled poly-c blade made from Jay-Gons' tut. (Thanks Jay!) It's a pretty simple stunt saber but I'm happy with the outcome. I don't know if anyone's used this name b4, but I call it "The Persuader".

Copper is my favorite metal as well... can we get a full parts list? including tubing sizes?

It's all 1" copper. 3 -1" couplings- there's 2 types- with and without "Stops". I used the ones without stops and put the pipe in my vise at the desired spot, rested the coupling on the vise and then "sweated" it in place. I then put small o-rings in between the couplings and end cap.The end cap is 1" and the screws are 8/32 with an allen head.

Looks very nice, Did you seal the pipe because after awhile it will weather quite nicely.

I dunno if it's just a camera thing, but your blade looks like it emulates the copper tubing perfectly.

Yes, I sprayed about 4 coats of Acrylic Clear on it. I'm hoping it holds it's look.

Thanks, that's exactly what I was going for! Although IRL it looks more like an Orange Ice Pop!!
